Nursing Agency BD arranges home nursing, caregiver, elderly care, baby care, physiotherapy, doctor home visit and related support services. The services available, and the staff who provide them, depend on the patient’s needs, location and availability.
2. Not for emergencies
Our website and services are not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, call 999 or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not wait for a nurse or caregiver to arrive.
3. Information on this website
The content on our website is general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a qualified doctor. Always follow the instructions of the patient’s treating doctor. Services such as injections, saline, oxygen support, wound care or medication assistance are provided only according to a doctor’s instructions or prescription.
4. Bookings and availability
All requests are subject to assessment, availability and confirmation by us. A request on the website, by phone or by WhatsApp is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it. We may decline or end a service if we cannot provide it safely or suitably.
5. Prices and payment
Package prices and price ranges shown on our website are indicative and may change depending on duty hours, patient condition, location, duration and the experience of the care provider. The final rate and payment terms will be confirmed with you before the service starts.
6. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- give accurate and complete information about the patient and their needs;
- provide a safe, respectful working environment for our staff;
- follow the treating doctor’s instructions, and tell us about any change in the patient’s condition;
- agree in advance on reasonable arrangements for rest breaks and, for live-in or 24-hour duty, suitable accommodation and meals;
- treat our nurses, caregivers and other staff with respect. We may withdraw staff from any situation involving abuse, harassment or an unsafe environment.
7. Our staff
We aim to provide trained and suitable staff. We may replace or reassign staff where needed, for example due to illness, leave or a change in the patient’s needs.
8. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in arranging and providing our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes that arise from the patient’s underlying condition, from information that was inaccurate or incomplete, or from failure to follow a doctor’s instructions. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Bangladesh.
9. Using our website
You agree not to misuse our website. This includes trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, copying or scraping content without permission, or using the site for anything unlawful or misleading.
10. Intellectual property
The text, logos, images and design on our website belong to Nursing Agency BD or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
