Nursing Agency BD (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) provides home nursing, caregiver, elderly care, baby care, physiotherapy and related home healthcare support services in Dhaka and across Bangladesh. 1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you call us, message us on WhatsApp, send an email or fill in a form on our website, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, home address or area, and the care you are looking for (for example duty hours, number of nurses or caregivers, and start date).
Patient and health information. To match a suitable nurse, caregiver or other professional, we may ask about the patient’s age, gender, medical condition, mobility, medication needs and any doctor’s instructions. We ask only for what is reasonably needed to arrange safe care. Please give this information about another person only if you are their family member, guardian or authorised representative.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies – see our Cookie Policy.

4. Sensitive health information
We treat patient health information as confidential. Access is limited to staff and care providers who need it for your care, and our staff are expected to keep it private. We do not use patient health information for advertising.
5. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide our services, resolve disputes, keep accounting and legal records, and meet legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including limiting who can see it and keeping our website software updated. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
